So, if I read the Senate Rs correctly, Iran could launch a nuke, and they wouldn't declare war until *after* voting on the tax cuts?

obama has some tough times ahead of him. these sort regulations seemed crazy given that our manufacturing is already dying against the Chinese and others, so it's nice to see a touch of practicality.

Don't worry about it.

My plan is to cut 50% of the military's budget. If there are any problems making that, we can replace some salaries with grants of Afghan fiefdoms.
