I hope you use a different approach with the rest of your career. When I hire, I look for people with a record of accomplishments, not people who tell me that if I pay them more than they have demonstrated that they are worth they will do a commensurately better job in the future. No offence.

you keep doing what you do. penske or me, or any boss, we could use someone who looks at what we put out on the web and deletes anything that might offend. you're too old to change, despite what penske implies. you should try to get paid for those traits you have shown to be your strengths.
