We're trying to recover from one long-ass near-full-employment party. It's going to take awhile. It's the difference between the mild hangover you have after drinking one glass too many of wine at dinner, and the multi-day recovery period you need after a four-day bender in Vegas.

In my journeys I have met thousands of people from Somalia. They seem like nice folk.

See, I told you they didn't need to take the 747 to Hawaii.

They could used a nuke to create a tsunami and shred the whole way there instead?

I like this game. Name a concept and have Burger propose a cheaper alternative to accomplish the same thing. I think we could fix the deficit.

So, you say no to Minneapolis with the experience of actually spending time there. This may be a first. Good on ya, mate.

Is having a navy cruiser (and the support fleet) sail thru the Canal actually cheaper?

San Diego.
Or tell those fuckers to fly coach, check their surfboards ($25 each!), and pick up a PT boat in Honolulu. Obama gets the G5.

Cheaper than the nuclear tsunami? I don't know, but I would think so.

There more savings at lower levels. Yeh, we can cut a million here and there on shipping surf-boards for white house staffers, but given the number of federal employees, if we find a way to save $1 per day for each one, we save millions every day. It's all about cutting their benes, perks and salaries, not worrying about the white house.

Did you account for the fact that the Navy escapes from any environmental cleanup costs of the nuke? Because that could tip the balance.
