So, for now, Nevada electors vote for whoever wins Nevada, but if there are ever enough states in the compact, Nevada electors would vote for the national popular vote winner (at least if they are following Nevada law).

Yes, any Dems backing the compact are giving up the chance to win w/o a popular vote majority.
