For pull-ups, it's outstanding. Color me surprised. Then again, pull-ups are something I actually enjoy doing (I don't like most weight-lifting exercises). It's easy to assemble, and you can put it up and take it down in seconds. I will do pull-ups between sips of wine (not scotch). |
