I clearly remember telling you that thing about looking at a "girl's" Adam's apple. That has to have come in useful for you.

Maybe being in New York skews the perception with more models and actresses (and wannabes of both) per capita than in the rest of the country. |

I don't do litigation and had never been on jury duty before so this came as a surprise to me: juries are very scary things.
I hope never to have a jury decide my fate, not even in a civil matter.

http://msn.foxsports.com/cbk/story/1...rts-in-2009-10 so MSU has NO one 6'10" or over. we will be small and fast- can that win?

AL playoffs- would be RS v. Yanks except they are same division- so the wild card bounces to LA? I fear the Yanks, but I fear Fenway more. The Tigers NEVER win there.

 | Yes. Funny to laugh at the pictures of Wal-Mart shoppers. Less funny to have them deciding whether the prosecution has established all of the elements of the crime you're charged with, or whether the plaintiff is entitled to recover punitive damages from you under the relevant statute.

Lots of civil litigation settles. |

 | this point would be more interesting if the sox didn't have the second best record. So it's 1 vs 4 (NY v Det) and 2 v 3

 | In a patent case you end up with lots of analogies to try to make complicated concepts understandable. But as in any other litigation, it mostly depends on the story you have to tell. It's very scary for defendants in bet-the-company cases.
