I also picked Cincinnati over Pittsburgh! Unfortunately I lacked the conviction to believe Tennessee would start 0-3 and I had no idea that Jacksonville might win a game.

It's a lack of blocking, especially in the running game. Zero yards rushing in a half? And some extremely mediocre coaching, both in terms of play calling and also, it seems, in motivational tactics. But that's the extent of thinking I care to do about this team. Too bad you have to wait until December to play them again.

LA needs a new TV trial, so i get the timing-

I don't get how people can urge giving him a pass on the whole "fucking a 13 YO" thing- even Spanky would be squeeked out by that.

 | I didn't watch this week. My observation of offensive ineptitude is based solely on weeks 1 and 2. Did they score a touchdown this week?

A team that I have watched a lot of (and had high hopes for) and am completely unimpressed with is Green Bay. Their O line is terrible. Rodgers will be lucky if he makes it through the year without a big injury unless someone gets that line together. Bright side is the defense is pretty good.

I was at that game. The Texans lost it more than Jacksonville won it. Who the fuck fumbles at the half-inch line???

How about the whole fugitive from justice/jumping bail thing, too? It's not as squicky, but there also just aren't any defenses to that one. Does anyone who hides for some period of time get off from now on? Whitey?

My question is, after he pleaded guilty, how did he get out of the country? I assume he was released pending sentencing or something, but don't you have to surrender your passport and do other various things?

I think his movies are very good, I feel terrible that his pregnant wife was killed, but he committed a crime, plead guilty to that crime and then fled the country before he served a day in jail. I don't give a fuck if he's already paid her off. I don't give a fuck that it's so unfair that he's had to live a life of exiled luxury in France. I don't give a fuck if he didn't get to pick up his Oscar personally. He raped a girl, and he was convicted of that rape. And he should go to jail.
