 | I only like it if I'm going specifically to hear the group/performer. Blues acts from other parts of the country that aren't famous enough to book bigger concert venues play at one of the Famous Dave's BBQ places here. And we have a bar/club that books jazz performers. |

i just realized that iPhone and blackberry email carry a logo that is simply an advertisement, "sent via blackberry by ATT." i don't need to know you sent me an email from your phone, and i'm not sure i want others to know when i do.
 can one tailor that format?

My desire to mock you is therefore dissapointingly unsatisfied.*

 | Yes. It's in preferences settings on both.

I'd like to edit it to something that explains the crazy typos, though. Something like the doonesbury strips that mocked the Apple Newton.

 | Yes. It varies by version of phone and (at least for my colleague's new phone) whether you use an enterprise server or blackberry internet service. I have a slightly older model and was able to change the "sent via . . ." ad to my normal email signature block by going into email settings on the options icon on my BB, but that may have changed.

Go here and noodle around for your model, provider, etc. http://forums.crackberry.com/f61/signature-change-4143/ |

 | I was working on a deal once and an email came in with a tag line that read something like "sent from my blackberry while I ignore my wife and children and they nag me to turn the stupid thing off".

I like that one.

 | for the iPhone: Settings: Mail, Contacts, Calendars : Signature

You can customize it to say something more witty, like "typed with thumbs" or "dictated but not reviewed"

				Speaking of Douchebags

I'm surprised no one has comments on the "AIDS awareness" adds featuring Hitler, Stalin and Goebbels that have been stirring things up on certain parts of the internet. Here's a link to Jezebel (spree: a larger version of the image accompanying the post clearly be nsfw (nipple) but you can't really tell from the thumbnail) |
