No clue, unless you are talking about spelling/grammar, which I don't care about on a chat board.

no. you tried to engage Ty as if he were capable of a thoughtful interchange of ideas. that shows a lack of perception on your part. no offense.

No. That's the point. McCain voters outnumbered Obama voters last month.

The Republicans relied on differential turnout. Among Tuesday's voters, 46 percent voted for Obama in 2008, 45 percent for John McCain -- an election Obama won by 53-45 percent.

My view is that Assange should slip and fall and break his neck. I don't have any thoughts on the merits of a potential prosecution.

He also needs to present himself as the only reasonable adult in the conversation - an arbitrator of what is right and good for the country, if you will. Sometime that will mean compromising with the rs, but even then, he should get something out of the deal, to protect his left flank and appear reasonable to the middle.

I know it's stupid to try this, but your point is that McCain voters turned out at about the same level as Obama. Remember, there were more obama voters.
but Einstein, the result was the biggest landslide in decades. That means "obama voters" switched.
Club, it's now your turn to remind me why this doesn't make sense to do.

Except, when it's effective, revenues start to drop. Viz. states finding themselves lacking in tobacco-tax money that they'd hoped for

IIRC, that poll said that 13% of Obama voters voted for Republicans, and 8% of McCain voters voted for Democrats.
It's stupid to think you can win an election only with your base. You want to win independents. But you also don't want to alienate your base, because then you have to win even more of the independents.
