Looks like cutting federal, state and local budgets means that people lose their jobs, which drives up the unemployment rate.  Who could have guessed?    
 
Hopefully one of the Republican candidates has a plan to turn up the Jesus and tax cuts to 11, because that's surely the answer.

Right now though, things are too much up in the air.

So the state passed the requested breaks but made them dependent on the company claiming the benefit delivering about half the promised jobs for the desired benefit.  Guess what two companies haven't used those tax breaks?
