That is true, so the comparison has to include your valuation of the software. For comparable products on Windows you'd probably pay $100-200, or more, if you wanted the functionality. Plus OS X, which doesn't come on a PC.

Have to hit Spotted Pig next time.

Taking care of it all at once, right? I favor that approach myself. Right now I have a pretty nasty dent in the right front fender of my car, and I can't wait for someone to hit me so I can get it all fixed on GEICO's dime. Maybe tonight! Except that even at 1.5 I am an excellent driver.

I've done the comparison lately. Even figuring software in (I don't need to, since it all comes under the office license), you're talking about a 30% price differential.

how do you compare "bothered by every bug there is" with "immune to everything they throw at you?"
I still think the best commercial would be the Indepenance Day Mother ship with the slogan, "If the Aliens had purchaded Macs We'd have been fucked!"

That is a nice ass.
But what's with the first photo? Not remotely up to your usual standards, man.

Well, you know how I value it. That's OS X vs. Windows, the value difference of which may well exceed the other free software.

How is Office relevant, since you pay for it (or don't) either way?
And how are you valuing the other software?

Why are you forcing yourself not to watch it? Are you in training to become a monk? Or is it a more pedestrian reason?

Macbook pro. The 15 is light and powerful. The 13 is lighter and less powerful. I would opt for one with the solid state drive. Fast as shit and will never wear out.
